What is it?

TB500 is a synthetic peptide composed of 7 amino acids corresponding to the 17–23 fragment of the full sequence of Thymosin Beta 4 (TB4), an endogenous 43-amino acid peptide.

In addition to its anti-inflammatory and wound-healing properties, TB500 is known for its ability to promote cellular healing and growth. This is because it belongs to the family of actin-sequestering proteins—actin being an essential protein that regulates cellular construction.

Various studies have shown TB500’s importance in protecting, regenerating, and remodeling damaged tissues. By acting positively on actin, it stimulates new tissue formation and speeds up the healing process.

TB500 is commonly used in both medical and athletic settings to treat musculoskeletal injuries, connective tissue damage, and eye injuries. It has also been studied for potential applications in brain injuries and nervous system damage.

Note: Requires separate purchase of a 30 ml bottle of bacteriostatic water (sold on our website Péptidos.co) to reconstitute the peptide.

How to use
TB500 is administered via subcutaneous injection using an insulin syringe (1 ml recommended).

• Mix one 10 mg vial of TB500 with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water (use a 3–10 ml syringe for this step)
• Inject 2.5 mg (equivalent to 100 units or 1 ml of liquid) into abdominal fat 2 times per week
• Duration: 2 to 6 weeks (or longer, as advised by a doctor)
• One vial provides 1 week of treatment
• For optimal results, apply together with Thymosin Beta 4 Fragment 1-4 (Goralatide) using the same dose and protocol
