N-acetyl SELANK amidate is an improved version of SELANK, a neuropeptide developed by the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Mechanism of action:
Selank is a synthetic analog of tuftsin (an immunomodulatory peptide). It has been shown to modulate the expression of interleukin-6 (IL-6), influence monoamine neurotransmitter levels, and induce serotonin metabolism. Additionally, Selank increases the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in the hippocampus.
Suggested use:
One to two nasal administrations per day
