Dosage – Single Protocol

1. Reconstitution

• Slowly introduce 2 ml of bacteriostatic water down the inner wall of the Kisspeptin-10 (5 mg) vial.

• Gently swirl until the powder is completely dissolved, avoiding vigorous shaking.

• Store the reconstituted vial in refrigeration (2–8 °C) and use within the recommended time frame.

2. Standard Dose

• Administer 0.33 mg of Kisspeptin-10 once daily.

3. Measurement with Insulin Syringe (100 U = 1 ml)

• Final concentration: 5 mg ÷ 2 ml = 2.5 mg/ml.

• For a dose of 0.33 mg → 0.33 ÷ 2.5 = 0.132 ml.

• In an insulin syringe (100 U = 1 ml): 0.132 ml ≈ 13 U.

• Vial duration: 15 days.

4. Application

• Subcutaneous route.

• Inject slowly into fatty tissue of the abdomen or lateral thigh.

• Rotate the injection site with each dose to avoid irritation.
