Description
AOD-9604 is a peptide very similar to the HGH Fragment 176-191. This peptide was developed by Professor Frank Ng at Monash University in Australia in the 1990s with the goal of finding an anti-obesity drug that would offer the lipolytic effects of human growth hormone (HGH) without its side effects.
It has been shown that AOD-9604 corresponds to the part of the HGH molecule responsible for fat reduction and, unlike the full HGH molecule, it does not affect insulin sensitivity, does not cause fluid retention, and does not increase prolactin levels. This peptide activates fat breakdown and burning through a mechanism that does not involve the HGH receptor, meaning it has its own independent action mechanism.
In addition to its fat-reducing properties, AOD-9604 also has many regenerative properties associated with growth hormone. Clinical trials are currently underway to evaluate AOD-9604’s effects on osteoarthritis, hypercholesterolemia, and bone and cartilage repair.
Benefits of AOD-9604
- Reduces body fat
- Mimics the way natural growth hormone regulates fat metabolism
- Has no adverse effects on blood sugar
- Inhibits lipogenesis (the conversion of fatty acids and glycerol into body fat)
AOD-9604 vs HGH Fragment 176-191
The structure of AOD-9604 is very similar to that of HGH Fragment 176-191.
The difference is that AOD-9604 consists of the C-terminal fragment of human growth hormone amino acids 177-191 with an additional tyrosine residue at the N-terminal end. In terms of effects, many reports indicate that AOD-9604 shows a longer-lasting fat-burning effect than HGH Fragment 176-191.
Product Presentation
AOD-9604 comes in 5 mg vials of lyophilized powder.
A separate bottle of bacteriostatic water is required (sold separately on our website cuerpoymente.mx) to reconstitute the peptide.
How to Use
AOD-9604 is administered via subcutaneous injection with an insulin syringe (1 ml insulin syringes are recommended for injections).
Mix one 5 mg vial of AOD-9604 with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water. A regular syringe of 3 to 10 ml is recommended for this step. If you are unfamiliar with the peptide reconstitution process, you can watch this video.
Inject 200 mcg (equivalent to 8 units or 0.08 ml of liquid) into abdominal fat twice a day (morning before breakfast and evening before dinner), preferably on an empty stomach (it is recommended not to eat for at least 3 hours before the injections).
Treatment duration: 25 to 100 days. One vial provides 12.5 days of treatment.
Store the vial in the refrigerator.
NOTE: Remember that milligrams (mg) are a unit of weight and milliliters (ml) are a unit of volume. Make sure not to confuse the two.
AOD-9604 works significantly better when combined with Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 No Dac (or Tesamorelin).
